106. I'm pretty neutral to Helatia, but...first of all, isn't Italy brunette, not blond? (Or is Italy not western? That could just be me failing at Geography, IDK.) Plus....It's a Japanese webcomic! They think we're ALL blond-haired and blue eyed (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PhenotypeStereotype)! They're not trying to imply some sort of...racist standard a la the nazis, it's just cultural ignorance. (Which is still stupid, too, but not "creepy" so much as "kinda dumb" to me. And it's not like that's an exclusively Japanese thing, either--I know I have a bad habit of assuming anyone that's speaking Spanish is from Mexico.)

108. Okay, kids, THIS is when an obsession with a fictional character gets to be too much. Although at least the OP is using it as motivation to lose weight and look outwardly pretty, but still, not the best reason in the world.

141. Oh, ouch. There's a lot of "guy" shows that are mindless entertainment too, you know. (Heck, just look at Spike Network!)

Dumb stereotype in Japan, and as it is a webcomic of personified country stereotypes for the Japanese fanbase, they will exhibit these. I don't think it's the author's ignorance, as he is apparently a New Yorker (though Japanese).
