I agree with that OP and always found it hard to find manga I liked as I like plotty and dramatic driven stories with more andro art.

I know it is an endearing concept to some which is great for them but for me it also reads like a mix of sexism and homophobia. Plus it has a real life equivalent for the gay scene and all the top and bottom stuff from dating apps. Each to their own but I grown up in a radical fundie town where I wished to escape such sentiments.

Someome above me mentioned it might be D/s thing and reading about that also disturbs me, especially with power play. IRL I do not mind.
