Oh, I think Denny would absolutely start out a Trumpist. From what we know of him, he's likely getting his news from Republican,friendly sources, and a big, loud, extremely confident man boasting about being a successful business man and talking about making America great again? I can see him liking that. Same with BLM - he'd say "All lives matter" and condemn people who want to abolish the police (surely they must be criminals). And only over the course of several episodes and cases would he actually have to look beyond the propaganda and learn the details and facts about issues and how they really affect people.
