I think that must've been a thing mostly in Mystrade-focused fic. I've read a metric fuckton of Johnlock fics and I saw it maybe once or twice.

I definitely noticed that Mystrade fics would often have Lestrade call Mycroft "My," but that didn't really bother me that much since they'd never even interacted in canon anyway, so it was pretty much write it however you want.
