Yeah... you can technically set wine on fire if you try hard enough, but it's not going to be easy and it won't stay on fire for very long.

If you're trying to actually get a sustainable flame going, you want something that's at least 80 proof, which is 40% alcohol by volume. Pretty strong wine is still usually only about 15% ABV.
