What is everyone doing this weekend?

I am doing absolutely nothing. Hopefully. Something will probably come up as it usually does. Might get takeout tomorrow.

Takeout tonight, socially-distanced-breakfast meetup with friends tomorrow, probably doing some shopping in the afternoon, nothing other than that. hopefully very chill

What kind of takeout are thinking of getting? I need ideas. Hope your chilling goes well!

Either going to get a burger and some chicken wings from the burger place, or a burrito and some chicken wings from the burrito place that serves chicken wings, or some garlic noodles and chicken wings from the Chinese chicken wing places

Nothing except laundry, reading a book, and watching movies/telly.

Nice! Sounds very relaxing (except the laundry).

I am able to do laundry at home so it's much more relaxing doing one load here as opposed to doing it at a laundromat. Plus, my mother and her second husband are visiting someone tomorrow so I have the house to myself for a while.

Hope your weekend is relaxing! If you do get takeout, what are you planning on getting?

I have finals, so I’ll be working on those. I’m also gonna work on an old SPN fic that I dropped a while back because I didn’t know how to finish it, but now I know what I wanna do with it.

I think I might get a chimichanga. My local Mexican place does a really good one.

Oh no, I forgot that some schools would be wrapping their semesters up soon. I hope your finals are not too terrible!

I'll be doing some combo of gardening, housecleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, maybe a walk with my aunt. And Christmas (argh, already?!) shopping.

Tomorrow's Pokemon Go community day so I'll spend part of it catching hundreds of Magmar, probably.

Started posting my most recent long chaptery fic last night, so far have gotten the first three chapters through final edits and posted (I'd already gone back and edited multiple times in the process of writing, and then when I had all but the last chapter done, so the last go-over is more like double-checking if I'm sure stuff can't be phrased better), will probably post at least chapter 4 tonight, no doubt a few more at least by the end of the weekend. Probably not all 16 but you never know.

Been thinking about putting up Christmas lights and even a tree. I haven't celebrated it except as a solitary religious thing without any of the external trappings for years, but lights are pretty, I like to look at lights and lit trees in people's windows as I'm driving around, so maybe other people would get a little extra happiness if I put some up too. Problem is I have to clean my living room and find somewhere to put the tree...

Have fun! I already have a shiny magmar and the weather is terrible here. So I'll just try to catch some from home.

Cleaning up my house, mostly.
I'm trying to invite a non-judgy friend to just sit on my couch and keep me motivated so instead of stopping after a quarter of hour and distress-stimming and bemoaning that I don't know what to do next, I have no other choice but to keep picking everything up bit after bit until there's nothing left around us no matter how long it takes? (Then maybe we can order take-out sushi.)

You need a Mary Poppins friend that can sing you into motivation!
