If it's photos/videos, yes, definitely. If it's text and clearly labeled as fictional, probably not, although I don't know if there have been any recent legal cases about it. There's really no such thing as "illegal fiction" in the US.

Only images of real children count as CSEM, not written content. If written content broke the law they wouldn't host it.
