I'm not a particularly angry person, but I get this. I think that's what made Courtney Love brilliant at her best. Her music was so raw and cathartic in a way that didn't feel pretentious or contrived.

I'm not even all that into extremely loud, discordant music, normally, but the chorus of Violet where she violently howls, "Go on, take everything, take everything, I want you to," always gives me chills.
