Sorry, Nenya, doesn't work like that. The Doctor doesn't have any control over his regenerations, so technically, he can come out of it looking older, younger, a woman, or "might even have two noses - or no nose". He could be non-humanoid, if he really wanted to.

My friends and I have a little theory that the directors of the show purposely cast younger and younger actors. Our theory is that Merlin from the original King Arthur legends is really the Doctor (anti war, ages backwards, knowledge of the universe and knows the future - makes sense to us). We also think that the series will end when the Doctor regenerates as a baby.

But that's just casual fan nonsense.
