I've seen a lot of people say they think he's a total asshole, but that's the main thing I don't get. I feel like I'm watching a totally different show than everyone who says that, because I still think he's the same loveable guy from season 1. Maybe it's just one of those shows I watch to laugh and not to analyze the characters or anything - like how I never really got into shipping with it. Idk, there are probably things he's said that would come off that way that I just disregarded as the writers being funny.

Yeah, I can't say I am super into shipping either, and quite frankly, I am not that involved in the Scrubs "fandom", so much as I just really love the show.

JD just hasn't really grown as a character, and I find him to be very funny, but he is still so all about JD, and it gets old. I just want him to grow up, just a little bit, and stop being so damn selfish all the time.
