113. Important countries in the world / countries with a really fascinating/funny history that would make great fodder for any sort of comic / countries that were actually involved with the war that the guy is focusing on but don't have a role in the comic for some reason =/= EVERY COUNTRY.
And that choice of picture was disgusting. Way to infuse a comment that was not all that offensive with a litre of offensive prickishness.

YEP. Because people who knew him as Raito first, or just think that Raito just sounds like, you know, an actual Japanese name that actual Japanese parents might name their son, are ~omg weeaboos~. Sorry, honey, I use "Light" for him because I have a thing about using official names (unless I can't stand them), but that will always feel like an unnecessary translation to me. Deal with it.

131. Nah, I'm kind of in love with the fact that the fandom absolutely loves the females in this series, too. I don't think I've seen ANY other fandom where a faction doesn't hate most of the female characters. (Except maybe Keroro Gunso/Sgt Frog; they seem to hate some of the male characters instead ;; I think some of them might hate one or two of the girls though? eh, idk. It's still marvellous. ♥)
133. ... So? Yeah, okay, you're incredibly insightful for realizing this. The fact that this argument gets used to excuse racism/sexism/etc drives me up the goddamned wall. Yeah, everyone makes snap judgements. Doesn't excuse people pulling that sort of crap, especially if they know they're doing it and just use "oh don't get on my case, I know you do the same thing!" as an excuse (which, you know, often isn't true, so they just end up looking like even bigger jerks). Singing Avenue Q doesn't make it funny.
