None of my favorite characters in my fandoms are PoC, and I tend to only make icons of characters I truly adore. The only exceptions to this rule are my girl crushes.
I'm Asian, btw.

Clearly you're missing the point.
According to the OP's logic (and I use this term loosely), having only icons of white folk is indicative of some sort of dislike of non-white folk.
So according to him/her, I dislike myself and my family and my melanin levels and that stupid chunk of Asia where they all originated.

I've started noticing when I have fandoms that have POCs in them and the only icons I'm using are of white people, and trying to stop and think WHY I'm doing it. If there isn't a good reason and I *do* have a favourite character in that fandom who's not white, why *not* use them to represent the fandom, too? But that's just me, and I'm not going to tell anyone else what they should do with their icon space.
