LMAO. Nice try at a generalization, but it doesn't work. I'm 5ft 7in, 115lbs. You couldn't afford to spend time with me if tried.

There you go, then. You're already fit enough that the extra physical activity doesn't take any weight off of you; there's nothing to lose. The OP of the secret isn't, so the change in her activity level is enough to tone her up a bit. Same thing happened to me when I started belly dance lessons, even though it's not all that aerobic an activity. (And once my teacher quit, I gained the weight right back. :-( )

I actually think belly dancing is a much better workout than lap dancing. That would be more like a striptease stage performance, where you're moving around a lot. It's much different than an actual lap dance. If someone's grinding fast enough to break a sweat, they're not doing something right. And they will quickly find that the man they're dancing for won't, er...NEED another dance after the first one. *cough*
