Haha, I got way confused, too. "But--! But--! This is supposed to be Himeko's backstory! Why is Bossun--oh, I get it. Whoops."

I'm hope Aa-chan doesn't die like Masafumi did ;_; Oh, Switch. But I have more faith in the manga-ka than that.

I think Aa-chan will turn into someone that will push Himeko into a corner or perhaps since we're metting up to a park, maybe the bully girls will make Aa-chan beat down Himeko as part of Aa-chan's initiation and that's when Bossun shows up...or something?

Or Himeko will be forced to put the beat-down on the bullies, and Aa-chan gets terrified and never wants to talk to Himeko again? And Bossun pulls Himeko out of her rut.

But what I'm really curious about is what Agata said about Bossun using Switch and Himeko as support. Being a shounen hero, he's got to have 1000x more angst than his sidekicks. It's a rule.

Well, remember, the chapter with the class voting? No one voted him for anything and Switch won two prizes. As someone who wasn't really well liked by their classmates, I think that maybe there's a possiblity that Bossun is so weird maybe they were his only friends for a time. He's got more now, but maybe when he met Himeko and Switch, he hadn't really had any friends because of how weird he was? So since Himeko and Switch had friends before Bossun, their attachment to him wouldn't be as strong as his to them. And that'd be pretty angsty :d

Well, I don't know. It'll probably be pretty angsty whatever happens. I just figure that one way for Aa-chan to prove herself to the bullies would be to harm Himeko, which might send her into a mood where she's singled out and no one likes her and RAMPAGE?

Momokan did modle herself off the rumors of Himeko, so I'm suspecting that whatever happens with Aa-chan, it might be connected to those rumors, so maybe you're right. Maybe Himeko put the beat down on the bullies and then lost Aa-chan as a friend since Aa-chan was friends with the bullies too.
