101. gah, i agree. and i'm not even elitist or a fansub editor. :x i have a question though. i'm not in the translation-circle, so i don't get it, but how can leaving random phrases of japanese in raws be seen as a joke? i'm just curious because it sounds funny.

106. ohmygod, it's been so long since i've seen that show! what was it called again? they were in a comic book right? with those weird dolls...gah, wow. i'm a yaoi fangirl; i can't believe i didn't even see that.

Well, sometimes groups will rag on the offending parties (i.e. people who leave words untranslated) by putting entire sentences in Japanese, then filling the top half of the screen with the translation as a note. You'll get those in early versions of subs sometimes, April Fool's releases, etc.
