"Itadakimasu" I can see as leaving, because it has no real English cultural equivalent and no matter what way I've seen it translated ("thanks for the food," "let's eat," and others), it just never seems to have the right tone.

Other than that, good for you; I agree with all of your points.

Only if it's not too much trouble. I can't seem to get that image out of my head (and I'm not even into FF). It's striking.

It's no trouble at all! Here (http://na.square-enix.com/ff4/) is the NA site. The image is obviously the one on the main site there, but there's also a large wallpaper version of it in "media," and I know there's a daylight version of it somewhere, as it's featured in the FF4 DS cinematic, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
