I mean, this is very OTT but you also seem aware of it. I wonder how much of it is the way that OTP shuffles their characteristics and/or writes them trope wise instead of the actual pairing that you admit is completely wholesome and harmless

You're probably on to something here. I'm not sure I would care much or even at all if the specific tropes weren't present. The whole "BIG man with HUGE cock dominates cock-hungry size queen bottom" trope just makes me wanna (figuratively) gag a little when applied to these characters it feels so over the top OOC. It weirds me out how obsessed the pairing seems to be with turning Saitama--who is canonly very much not what you would think of as an "uke archetpe"--into this one-note size queen uke-fied bottom character and King into this Big Dick Energy Top. I think the pairing in part bothers me so much because of how far the tropes rip the characters from their canon counterparts. I like SaiGenos and GenoSai best when the artists and authors keep them closer to canon and work within those boundaries to get them together as well, so I do think a major component of this is the tropes and characterizations are ones that I just happen to loathe.
