I have been laughing to myself seeing the F!S comment section turn to complaining about woke teens and cancel culture and how it's ruining their fandom experience. Every fandom friend I have that has been complaining about it are the same people who desperately pushed for cancel culture and performative digital lynchings a few years ago, they happily laid the groundwork for the current day environment and eagerly participated in previous cancellations of problematic fandom figures along with call out posts. And now all of those same people are complaining about it as if they had nothing to do with it!
