No, but there's that conspiracy that Destiel becoming canon was cut out for homophobic reasons and the one that a lot of people seemed to have latched onto was that it was cut to make sure SPN's audiences would for sure move onto Walker, which personally doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I do think that the confession in 15x18 was trimmed down for whatever reason and that the Latin American dubbers got an earlier draft of the script (that wasn't the first time that the LATM dub had lines in it that weren't in the English version), but there's no definite proof that this is what happened. There are just a lot of very hurt and angry people who are hoping that Jensen Ackles will release the full scene and we'll get proof that Destiel was meant to go canon.
