Like other anon said, fruit juice is a no-go if you're worried about acid. Can you handle dairy/dairy alternatives? Those tend to run closer to neutral pH, as does coconut water.

Herbal teas (not the fruity ones), like mint, ginger, basil, etc. aren't acidic and can be iced or chilled. This might be your best bet if you're trying to cover up another flavor. Green tea would work, too, but if you're used to drinking soda, then unsweetened green tea is probably not going to appeal to you.

Hmmm. Will look at some alternatives. Lactose intolerant so can't do actual milk. Not big on actual tea, but ginger or basil might be a thing to try.
