Just because you don't know of a deformity that looks like that doesn't mean it exists. People with ectrodactyly have said they think that the movie character's hands look like theirs. That is one specific deformity that it may look similar to. A person below put some links, and personally I can see it. But yours and my opinions aren't really the ones that matters. If people with disabilities can see it and feel insulted, that's a problem.
