I've had goat. Not a fan. Tastes very much like lamb, which I also strongly dislike.

I'd like to try swordfish. Not such a rare thing, but I haven't ever had it.

I'd love to try eel if there were some ethical way to eat it. But as of right now there isn't.

Monkfish. It looks ugly but I'm sure it tastes delicious.

Caviar or any kind of roe really.

Sea cucumber.

Just, any seafood that it is ethical to eat and that I haven't already eaten really. I've yet to find a kind of seafood that I don't absolutely love. I could happily give up all land-based protein and just live on seafood.

swordfish is almost exactly like shark.
