Since I belong to the tiny minority who doesn't ship Axel/Roxas, I guess it doesn't really bother me as much, and I don't see Xion as "getting in the way" of anything. The sad thing is, even if Xion didn't have so many sue traits, and if Squeenix hadn't made her out to be a close friend of Axel and Roxas, people(read; rabid Axel/Roxas fangirls)would probably still hate her, because she dares - gasp! - talk to Roxas, or some shit like that. And then there are the people who hate her regardless, because they think she's a bloody Mary-Sue. Which she may very well turn out to be, but when we still don't know that much about her, I don't want to judge her just yet. Hell, people called Namine a Sue back when she was first introduced, and people wounded up liking her even more than Kairi =/ I guess we'll just have to wait and see how the game plays out. I'm a little bit sad Mickey didn't get a bigger role, I'm not even that interested in this game, if I would buy it, I would only buy it for Mickey :)
