I mean, if humanoid/demihuman counts then man do I have a list of fishmen/merfolk and nonhumans from One Piece

but in the strict sense of Not Human At All then Chopper. I love him most when he's not in cute mascot-level Brain Point...honestly Monster Point is the best but he's also pretty goddamn badass in Jump Point and Heavy Point...and has a few transformations we literally haven't seen yet in the manga. Let's not forget that he also sasses back. Badass reindeer doctor fighter monster A+ will stan forever.
