I really enjoy the first three Twilight movies and the first book. I kinda wish the series had ended at Eclipse because Breaking Dawn sucked so bad.

Hard same regarding the books. I started off with New Moon, so i had no love for Edward (I was team Edward 100% because Jacob was my dream guy at 15 lol). I can still remember the holiday (Thanksgiving/Christmas) I spent in a room reading Eclipse like it was the Gospel lol I carried it around and everything oh Lord I was intolerable lol

But Breaking Dawn (I went to a BN release party! And dressed up -- not fannish, just genuinely well dressed) for the let down that was Breaking Dawn. I was so mad. No bloodshed. How DIRTY S Meyers did Jacob. I walked out feeling like the only good character in the whole franchise was Seth, who was just a kid lol

I was one of those fans who had a fit when Taylor Lautner was chosen to be Jacob (I wouldn't have minded Steven Strait, or better yet, a Native actor, like Rudy Youngblood or someone else trying to build their career). I was also one of those fans who went to go see the first movie with the book in tow and basically consider the movies their own thing lol
