Actually, no.
This is their job, you paid them for a service you are not getting. The same way you have to report in with your essential work you are entitled to report in to your boss. They should be maintaining their schedule or at the very least offering up honest/legitimate reasons that they weren't able to supply this week/month/whatever. Just because it's the internet, about fandom doesn't mean their responsibility disappears.

This is a wonderfully beautiful secret OP! I adore the visuals, the letter aspect especially!
