I didn't do the job myself so idk about the installation.

I have a small "nozzle" wash basin in my master bathrooms as they're large enough, and also a nozzle attached to a regular wash basin in my guest bathroom - it redarects the water from the faucet to the nozzle.

You could go the extra mile and get a heated toilet seat with a fan like the Japanese ones.
