Persona 1 & 2, will forever remain the /worst/ dub/localization of a video game I have ever known. While I'm not familiar of the game you're talking about in question, those just tick off so many boxed for me, I honestly don't even know where to start- So I guess I'll just have to settle with dealing with it as Mark dances crazy...;;

Like, I've apparently gone halfway hysterically numb, when it comes to bad, (see: 4kids) translations of media. The absolutely tragic comedy gold they managed with Yugioh (the original) honestly astounds me to this day. I /hate/ so much of what they did- but the sheer amount of genuinely ingenious scripting that came from it, was certainly one of a kind.
Then there was GX where LK absolutely should have been paid dividends considering they legitimately //stole// like 95% of his Abridged dialogue to use as apparent translations form the original source...

Have ruined my brain to the point that I'm just good, with most all of 4Kids 'translations' since, clearly they didn't so much as read the words as they were way too busy trying to ad-lib the most ridiculous thing they get away with a character would say... (namely: everything;;)
