NAYRT but I always boggle when non-Americans act like racism or other forms of systemic discrimination only exist in the US, or that thinking about and trying not to perpetuate discrimination is a uniquely American quirk being imposed on them from outside in yet another example of US cultural imperialism to be resisted.

Do Americans get shit about other countries/cultures wrong all the fucking time? You betcha! Does all discrimination follow US patterns? Obviously not. Is there some mythical discrimination-free utopia where no one has to worry about treating marginalized groups like shit? I doubt it.

Even the OP of the secret didn't try to say that racial discrimination (which the US famously got from an Empire that the sun couldn't set on and which got to Africa, Asia and all the Americas including the USA before the USA was a stick in the UK's eye) was the only discrimination talked about on social media lol. Some one just doesn't know what marginalized means.
