There's no purely ethical food consumption in modern life either.

But given that people are going to spend money on entertainment, or, heaven forbid, our activism time on community centers and libraries, conversation about what works to include is a moral imperative.

And given that some of the best publishers in this area publish works for free using a freenium or crowd-funded model....

And if you don't realize what a help it is to have more than five books to recommend to someone coming out, to have books in different genres, to have books for all reading levels, to have an award winning book by a trans author published by fucking Disney rather than a kink or academic press, you really don't have a handle on what we need.
