I just find this so fucking weird. Like, no actual hate or anything, just bewilderment. I feel like so many people, even those who are progressive in general, just have this bizarre... blind spot about Disney? It's a giant corporation that lives for profit and consumerism. You want to have your ashes spread at a huge cynical machine-works whose modus operandi is blandifying all kinds of global cultural lore in the pursuit of monetary gain? That's really where you want your eternal remains resting...??
