You like what you like, OP, and that's okay. Personally, I perfer in character, but with strong characters being themselves but then being submissive yet still strong in the bedroom. I love seeing a strong character who takes care of everyone by day being taken care of in the bedroom, but in an in-character way.

But my other love is seeing doms being taken care of. Just a sub seeing that their dom has had a really bad day and focusing on them for once. Or a dom being the one in a hurt/comfort situation and needing the comfort. But it is pretty hard to find these fics.
