An AO Smith. The fault seems to be with my breaker in the fuse box, but it's still incredibly frustrating.

I want a tankless one so much, but it requires special wiring (you can't just plug them into a regular outlet, they need a higher voltage), and I don't have the money to rip out parts of walls and do electrical stuff, etc.

They have really nice, small ones for point of use like under a sink? I'm probably going to get one of those for the kitchen with my tax return - they're not expensive and those *do* just plug in.

Also - we have extremely hard water, and without a water softener system (1500+ bucks), I'm afraid the hard water would ruin a tankless heater in a couple years.
