What show are you watching? Which one of them can say more and with more eloquence with just a tilt of head and facial expression than the other with a five-minute monologue [which Jared btw could not pull of if his life depended on it].
Which one of them cries watching the other do an emotionally heavy scene because he is just that good at emoting?
Which one ruins the best comedic takes because his co-star is just too funny?
Which one has a nickname One-Take-Ackles?
Which one has *impeccable* comedic timing?

Yes, Jared's gotten better, but Jensen is miles ahead of him. That kind of talent doesn't grow on trees.
