So. Jealous.

My very small, slightly decrepit house with a 6ft by 6ft garden cost £315,000. And we live in a cheap area. D:

To be fair, i live in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere, and have to drive at least an hour to go to a bookstore, so.....

But that's just...so insane. Real Estate is fucking ridiculous.

We live in a cheap town. The town next to ours, our house would be £700,000. All the villages in between you're looking at £1 million+

Just fuck house, prices seriously.

I've always wanted to live in the middle of nowhere. I bet you get amazing night skies. :)

Jayzus.

Sadly...not really. Though in the middle of nowhere, I still live 'in town', and right on Route 66, so there are street lights. The sky is beautiful, but it would be better if i were about 3 miles away in the actual country-country.

Still get deer in my yard, though. :D

Bummer! Still deer in the garden are cool :)

We don't even have squirrels here. It's actually kind of terrifying how depleted our whole area is for wildlife.

Wow, that is. We're surrounded by a lot of rural farm/woods, and also by a lot of the Mark Twain National Forest, so animals are everywhere.

Sadly, bookstores and places to eat that are not part of a chain are not.

Every town should have an independent bookshop and coffee shop for sure *thumbs up emoji that I don't have on this keypad lol*
