i get your point. i'm just frustrated by westerners making shitty, uninformed takes about media from a culture they're not a part of while actively ignoring any and all japanese voices regarding said media.

i wish they'd stay in their own lane.

Yeah, and the problem is Westerners thinking their ignorant takes on other cultures are worthy of more time and airspace than they really are. Westerners are the people who need to "get over it" and realize when the subject is a different culture, we need to listen more than we talk.
