I'm 51 and I still drink about that much milk at least a few times a week, because I'm not lactose intolerant, I like the taste of it a LOT, and I need all the calcium I can get as I get older.

If you have a family history of osteoporosis in older women in the family, as I do, and you aren't lactose intolerant, you SHOULD drink it. It's a very good cheap and readily available source of calcium, and that will help your bones and teeth in later life.
