119 They are my favorite couple perhaps ever. And by the way, all the people who say that "everyone knows that the later books suck" suck themselves! House of Dreams is my favorite Anne book, closely followed by Anne of the Island.
130 F!S has only been around for two years. What makes you think that any fandom you might join will have a secret within the last two years? I mean, I haven't seen any due south secrets around here and that place is pretty active.

176 Your reputation for never finishing might be following you around. Also, readers can tell when you don't care that much about your story and you don't know where you're going—and they don't like it. That secret from last week was totally wrong; you need to care more about your epic fic, and actually want to finish it for its own sake and not just to get attention, if you want other people to care about it.
182 That was where I started, because I came into fandom friends with a BNF, and later I got over that, as more people got to know me for me, and as I moved into other fandoms where that BNF wasn't present. Now I know that honestly? I'm not important enough for anyone to con. I mean, what can they get from me, now that they can't get access to the BNF?

Really, though, the last one, Rilla of Ingleside is one of the best books of all of her work, IMO
