113. Tim Horton's is kind of crappy, in all honesty, and poutine isn't all that popular? A lot of English-speaking Canadians (or I guess, ones that I know, having lived here all my life) are kinda weirded out by it. It's more associated with the French-speaking populace here, I believe. We're not exactly amazing people. Or maybe that's just me having no real sense of patriotism. I think we're kind of boring.

Not to discount you, but most people I know love poutine, and I'm about as English as they come.

We are close to Quebec though, maybe it bleeds over.

You are kind of boring. But then, up until recently I've been wishing my country (just guess) was a little more boring. Better than being interesting through virtue of epic stupidity. It would be relaxing, I think.

All current events considered, wishing for it to be a little more boring would make sense, yes. This recession, along with our government sort of collapsing in on itself for awhile there, has been the most "exciting" thing to happen in what feels like a long time. I suppose it is a little relaxing, yes. I feel like it makes us pay attention to other countries more to make up for it, though. I know I have family members who completely ignored the most recent Canadian election and didn't even bother to vote, and yet were completely engrossed in following the US one.

I like how you had a whole huge variety of stuff (most of which I don't even know what it is), but then health care was in there, and I'm all "AAAH JEALOUS!! I WANT!" because America's health care system SUCKS. And I'm kind of freaked for my birthday this year and I'm not covered by my mom anymore. O_O;
