Very not true, lol. 13 (or any female Doctor) with a younger male companion? Yum. Any of the earlier Doctors somehow with a woman who is older than them? Also yum. My ult Who OTP is Doctor/TARDIS, with her both in and not in a human body, so it really is the power dynamics.
