Firstly, if you can't draw the parallels here I am lost; people were screaming about turning m/m into m/f = homophobia. If you can't equal f/f to m/m on that respect, I don't know what more I can say to you.
Secondly: Good to know every comment in every secret is always completely on topic - and if you think about the fact that these characters are genderless it's not even such a reach.

Most people in fandom do think turning a f/f ship straight is just as bad so I don't see your point.
And it's not about being always on topic but if you come into a topic with complete whataboutism and then complain that not everybody kisses your feet for your amazing OT points idk what to tell you.
