There's also the fact that the woman in question says that she enjoyed it and has no regrets about it. You have to let survivors speak for themselves about what the experience meant to them. If she says she does not feel she was raped at all, you can't yell at her until she "admits" that she was.

Yes, he should have said no, absolutely. But LBR, if I'd had a chance to fuck David Bowie as a teenager, I sure as hell wouldn't regret it either!

If the "victim" does not consider herself a victim at all and has no regrets about it, there's no blame. No one needs to be blamed, because if the "victim" has said repeatedly for decades that she was not hurt and she isn't upset, there's nothing to blame anyone FOR. She is the one who gets to decide if any harm was done.
