I wouldn't call it slow-moving. The part ayrt is referencing is a brief, peaceful interlude with gorgeous animation.

The whole entire movie has gorgeous animation. It's a feast for the eyes. So, by then I'm kind of over it, I guess? I do like quiet moments, but that scene just doesn't do it for me personally. I feel a scene that's quiet and done right is when Chihiro is eating the rice ball and begins to cry. That scene just feels really profound to me, and communicates so much through the animation. I love that scene.
