The bit where Dracula kneels and pulls Lucy up towards him there is definite crotch to crotch contact but her (admittedly very sheer) nightie is covering most of it still and it's still like...seconds. Though he was perhaps with her for longer than the scene in the film as Mina is the POV character at that time.

Lucy Westenra is one of the most wronged women in fiction imo and Moffat definitely did little to undo that. That Dracula last year clearly was meant to make us think "well, she let Dracula bite her and chose to be a bride" but she was still presented as a silly shallow slut who ultimately didn't want to live as a vampire if it meant being disfigured (ugly) for eternity. How very feminist of him.
