Yeah, about that - where did all the Foreman hate come from? I mean, yeah, he ticks me off more than the other fellows, but he's hilarious and great. I don't know why people seem so willing to hate good characters. :/ I love all the characters on House, to be honest. They all make me happy.

I know! I mean, I understood the Cameron hate, on a spectator level - girls never get off easy. But Foreman? What did he do?

Yeah, I never got all the ABSOLUTE HATRED aimed at really anything in fandom. I think it's a silly, useless waste of energy. If you don't like it, just ignore it. Don't write essay upon essay about how despicible it is :/

I know! I'm all for blowing off some steam when a character does something that really ticks you off, but to always be on their case about everything? Jeez, give it a rest.

You know, I'm so tired of having to defend the new team and new episodes, I've found myself backing out of fandom at times. The batshittedness of some very vocal factions of fandom is actually distracting to me while watching the show. Instead of thinking: "Hmm, how interesting," I think, "Geez, they're going to be bitching about that after the show ends."

But didn't you know that fans of the new episodes and Thirteen don't actually insist, according to them? And they'll keep repeating that mantra again and again and again until everyone believes them.
