Animal suffering and death. I have a senior pit bull who is 11, and seeing any animal suffering or death just spirals out my anxiety about losing her. I've always been sensitive to it, but my dog getting older has made it unwatchable.

I saw the War Horse play, and the scene where the horse is in the barbed wire made me cry. Only time I've ever cried in public. Funny though that the movie didn't elicit a response in me at all.

Oh man, yes on animals. I'm not sure if I'd call it a trigger, but I absolutely cannot watch animal suffering. Now that I have a cat, it makes me think of her being hurt. It used to bother me, but now that I have a cat, it is her I think about in pain every time.
