Do you wonder that about people who work in other professions with shitty people? If not, what makes actors special? No one should be judged by their co-workers, unless they a) have complete, consequence-free say in who is hired and fired and b) it can be proven that they know/knew about anything that is truly something that can justify termination (being "shitty" is (unfortunately?) typically not enough).

I hope you don't work with any terrible people. What would others think of you?
