So, like, saying that someone - a typical normal everyday person - who has a breast job, or gets lipo, or work done on their nose, or a tattoo, or whatever - judging someone for any of those things - I think that's clearly bodyshaming.

I don't see why the principle doesn't extend to celebrities.
