MLM Regency recs

(Anonymous) 2021-01-30 10:54 pm (UTC)(link)
After watching Bridgerton I'm really in the mood to read some mlm Regency. Of course, this is the one fandom where slash is hard to find, lol.

Does anyone have recs for original mlm Regency books? Preferably where homophobia isn't a huge issue (I'm looking for escapism, not realism).

In return I offer these two recs for Anthony/Simon Bridgerton fics:
https://archiveofourown.org/works/28730898
willingly, wholeheartedly
Summary: “Lady Bridgerton,” the Queen says. “I am displeased.”

https://archiveofourown.org/works/28450602
In the bed beside him
Summary: “I am in possession of something that you are not.” Anthony declares, raising his glass in a toast. “Brothers.”

Yes I am well aware of that, you little wretch, Simon thinks fondly to himself. Seeing as you never stop talking about them."

(The author has one grammatical blind spot, but the fics are excellent.)

Try "The Soldier's Scoundrel" by Cat Sebastian. There's a sparky and fun dynamic between the two leads, sympathetic supporting characters, and the plot moves pretty well.

I'll check it out. Thanks!
