Workouts at home

(Anonymous) 2021-01-30 11:22 pm (UTC)(link)
I just found out walking workouts are a thing! Recommend them for anyone who is stuck at home and bad at traditional workouts.

This guy is pretty fun and has walking workouts in various lengths (from 7 minutes to 30+ minutes): https://youtu.be/-qagZY17wLM

Thanks for the link, nonny. I'll probably check it out since there are too many people outside (I actually like walking, so this bums me out).

NAYRT--oof, I feel you on the "too many people out to go for walks" thing. I gave up walking for exercise last March because COVID hit, everything closed, and the streets filled with gym bros in withdrawal and roving packs of bar hoppers with no bars to hop to who passed bottles hand to hand on the street instead.

I'm trying again this year, but our state's back (too early) out of shutdown, and now my walks are spent dodging groups of unmasked people. Sigh.
